Have you ever wanted to explore embroidery? Grab a friend and come learn a new skill as Dayna Walton of Solstice Handmade guides us through an embroidery lesson featuring a special bird– the Ivory Billed Woodpecker. We will practice several embroidery stitches and then use them to begin stitching a pattern of this now-extinct bird. While we stitch, we’ll fill you in on their history and what happened to them. This class is suitable for beginners and experts, and all supplies are included.

Ages 12+, younger stitchers may attend with an older companion
